Q.    I haven't received my registration e-mail

A.    The registration e-mail will be sent from This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , this e-mail address can be classed on some e-mail services as spam, and therefore automatically placed into your Junk E-mail folder. We would advise that you check your spam filters and junk folders for your registration e-mail. We have also seen a large number of registration requests where the e-mail address is either incorrectly spelt, or simply is in the wrong format.

    It is important that you e-mail from the e-mail address you used to register, and must quote the username
    you have registered in the mail. We will then endeavour to activate your account within 48 hours.

Q.    I had my photograph taken this week and I can't find it

A.    The DJ's that take photographs are asked to upload them by the following Tuesday at the latest, however due to other commitments this is not always possible. The photographers do not get paid for taking photos and therefore are not accountable for their actions, and we cannot force them to upload the images by a set time. It also proves very difficult to trace which photographer took which photo, and therefore we cannot trace them on your behalf, we would ask that you are patient, all the photos end up online eventually!

Q.    I can only access this years photo album, and I want to see photos taken earlier

A.    The other gallery albums are only available to registered users, you can register here. Alternatively if you are already registered please login then re-visit the gallery.

Q.    I'd like to advertise on the site, how do I do this?

A.    Advertisements are managed by our sister site gogetwise.co.uk if you wish to place an ad, please use the Advertise with us' link on the GoGetWise site. This will allow your advert to be seen on both sites, giving a wider target audience.

Q.     I want to upload my own photos from nights out around Hull, how can I do this?

A.    We have just started to accept photos from our users into the main gallery, the instructions for uploding your own images can be found on it's own dedicated page here .
